Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients and visitors.
- Multi-line Phone Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing them appropriately.
- Computer Literacy: Utilize strong computer skills to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Required).
- Medical Terminology: At least 1 year of experience with medical terminology (Preferred).
- Experience with EMR: Required, with knowledge of eClinicalWorks being a strong plus.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
