Insurance and Payment Options

Fees are due and payable at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards. A health insurance membership card should be presented at registration.

We participate in and accept assignment from most insurance plans. We are a participating Medicare provider. Patients are responsible for any co-pay, deductibles or non-covered services.
