WHAT OUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING

“I was in Washington, D.C, from late June, 2014, through late January, 2015. I take regular allergy injections in El Paso. My doctor wanted me to stay on maintenance injections, once a week, during my absence to avoid having to start over upon my return. The Medics USA facility in Columbia Heights was about four blocks from my DC apartment. I wanted to let you know how thoroughly pleased I was with the staff. They were personable, efficient, and very professional. It was always a pleasure to be greeted by the receptionist with her friendly demeanor and helpfulness. My schedule was sometimes odd, and she always helped get me in. Several people gave me my injections, but the one I saw the most was Shurik. He was very good, and he was actually more meticulous in checking my arms after my wait than the folks are here. Maya also was very good. I once saw Dr. Concepcion about a bruised rib, and she was also very helpful.”
